Best Sonia G brushes for cream/liquid products?

Hello! I have been ordering a few Sonia G brushes recently to get my collection started (I have both the Pro Eye and Pro Face set, as well as some some of the sculpt face brushes and an assortment of the standard collection eye brushes), and they are all so BEAUTIFUL. I am a bit nervous to misuse an...

Re: Chikuhodo Winter 2014 LE Noel sets

I ordered the Etoile set as soon as I got the e-mail notification - I am SUPER excited to get them! I was also tempted by Neige (the blue looks SO BEAUTIFUL), but I am trying to cut down on white-haired brushes because I don't feel right unless they're always clean, and too much washing hurts them.....

Re: Brush ALERT! KOYOMO Setsugekka brushes

I reeeally want to order the Hana trio - the handle is the most appealing to me. Does anyone have any tips on how to order from Rakuten? I've never ordered from a Japanese site (always either Visage or Hakuhodo USA, or even CDJapan which is in English... :D ) So if anyone has any tips to make ordeng...

Re: Brush Storage

Hi all! For those of you that use jar (or something similar) storage, what do you use as filler that you've found does not damage the brush handles? I used some stones (the type for plant vases haha) for about three days before I realized it might hurt the handles (and scrape at the engravings!) so ...

Re: How to Preserve Brush Engraving?

Can you all give some instructions on how you did this? I'm scared of there being an obvious polish bump on the handle.. did you try to dip it just over the lettering...? I've heard of the clear polish technique for a while but I was just never sure how to do it! I need a visual aid, haha... :D

How to Preserve Brush Engraving?

Hi all! I recently got a few Chikuhodo brushes with my name engraved on them, as well as some new Koyudo brushes, so now I was wondering if any of you have experienced fading with the engravings on brushes? If so, how do you prevent them? I have a few Hakuhodo brushes that are about a year old now w...

Jo [nuke]

Hello all! My name is Jo, and I'm a brush-a-holic :D A fairly new one, at that! I've had a few Hakuhodo brushes for over a year now (a few for the eyes, as well as a blush, highlighter, and foundation brush), but I've been obsessively reading up on Chikuhodo and Koyudo brushes over the last few mont...
