Re: SURRATT JAPANESE INSPIRED BEAUTY LINE

Hey Bora :D :D :D :D :D YAAAY for you!! Did you get them, or did you buy them ALL?!! You're brush crazy enough to buy them all for sure, but I hope you got at least a few %%% off from Surratt to show his goodies?! I'm so quizzy about the powder brush. I'm so picky about the density & form...

Re: HAKUHODO Christmas Set 2014

Oh dear Kay, I hope I haven't lead you to make the wrong decision. I liked the Etoile design, but if one has a few good brushes already, I think they're a bit 'been there, done that', as far as the brush hair/ heads are concerned. The brush heads of the Neige set are nice and round & good, but n...

Re: KASHOEN brushes

Just a tip for those interested in purchasing from this store. They will NOT declare as a gift, nor lower the declared price on the package, so be prepared to pay some serious import taxes, or find a different method of getting hold of these pretties.

Re: SURRATT JAPANESE INSPIRED BEAUTY LINE

If anyone is still interested....or has any excess cash lying around :laughing-rolling:, the Surratt brushes are up and ready to go on the Barneys site. It's pretty tempting that Barneys is offering free international shipping at the moment ;)

Re: Tom Ford Fall collections for 2014

Did you guys see this post? Although I can't vouch for its accuracy, I found it interesting to see which shades were already existing & which were new. http://www.beautyscene.nl/makeupnieuws/157998/tom-ford-lips-boys-nieuwe-lipsticks and FulltimeFord's post with lippie kisses was helpful too: ht...

Re: Tom Ford Fall collections for 2014

Thank Heavens 'Richard' is not a metallic purple/ green lippie ;)
I also got Luca.....along with Flynn, Julian & Giacomo.
Selfridges is always pretty good with their stock, so I doubt that they'll sell out over night like they did on the TF site when they were first released.

Re: Do I need the Shu 10 brush?

Hi Lyanna, I thought I'd just come out of hibernation here quickly to encourage you to take advantage of the Shu sale The Shu #10 & # 12 are my most used brushes. The Sable/Kolinsky mix which you talk about, is excellent & for my taste better than the plain Kolinsky. I gives the brushes a bi...

Re: New Chikuhodo Series - Takumi

I just picked mine up from my mailbox today too. Here are a couple of pre-wash pics. Off to wash them. They're what Buggsie and Devin say. The handles are about the size of the Haku Kokutan series. Can't wait to put them to use. image.jpg Oh wow, Carlyn....is the bigger one the Highlighter brush?
