TAKEDA brushes

Postby Melissa » Wed Nov 12, 2014 9:16 pm

Just checking out Takeda website, which still sucks big time, and saw these new foundie brushes. The first 2 are Saikoho goat hairs, hense the price tag!

Crap. Intrigued by that first one. Looks like the FuPa02's grown up older sister.

You can really tell in the photos that Whee ! Confetti !! posted here how different the same foundation brush can look with just a simple change in ferrule or handle; the high contrast between the glossy all-black version shows off the extra fine white goat hair especially well.

Arch, I love the all black handle much better! Especially because these 2 have better quality goat hairs than the ones with silver ferrules!
However, I just asked them if they could do these 2 in Red :) :) :) preferable without the long engraving. Just Takeda and brush nr would be enough for me :) :)

Melissa please let us know if they can do it in red without all that lettering on the handles!!!

I agree, the abundant lettering doesn't improve the appearance of the brush. I like the black handle, though. Who is the manufacturer?
Do you think it is approx 4 cms wide?

Yasuhiro Takeda replied to me today that red handle is possible. I also asked him if possible to have the long lettering removed and just "Takeda" instead and maybe company's logo.
Here's his email for those who is interested. He speaks English very well!
takeda-brush@ad.email.ne.jp

Takeda will then send the brushes to their counter at Takashimaya Shinjuku and our Personal Shopper Toshiya can pick it up for me and arrange the payment

And here is the design I sent him. Fingers crossed!!!!! And Yes I will order them both. For the sake of research. LMAO!!!

Why are you leaving the one brush with a black ferrule and red handle instead of all red like the other one?
Don't know if my OCD can handle that Novy bahahaha! :laughing-rolling: :confusion-seeingstars:
